Topic Immersion & Treatment Development

We spend time with the details of the vision you provided. Then, we create a few documents which may include a shot list, abstract, extra footage we’d like to capture, sketches if needed, technical data, WiFi passwords, etc. Once you approve of our plans, it’s on to pre-production planning.

Pre-Production Planning

During the pre-pro phase of the project, we develop sets (if needed) which involves scouting. This may involve a 3D tour or photography of aspects of the “set.” Then, we would acquire any permits, gear, crew, extras, props, and other assets that may be required to make it happen.

After pre-production, a final estimate can be drafted.

Scheduling

During this phase we develop times, operational periods, and project execution dates.

Action! Production Begins

The production phase is when the people show up, the gear is assembled, the lights are turned on, positioning & framing of the first shot takes place, and we begin executing the operational plan from Phase 2.

Post Production

In Post, we organize media files, store files to our cloud for safe keeping, and begin the process of editing the video. Then, we color grade the footage, add values such as animations, effects, transitions & subtitles, process & master the audio, and get it ready for you to review.

Delivery

Delivery occurs after you approve of all the work efforts in post, we’ve added our final touches, you’re happy with the final draft of the video, and all dues are resolved. Then, you’ll get a download link to acquire your video file(s) from our storage cloud, we can upload it for you, or both.
